Put your story where the city can see it.
“We know we need a billboard. We do not know which site, what it should say, or whether the price makes sense.”
OSC works as your buyer—finding the right face, shaping the message, and managing the campaign from booking to proof of flight.
A billboard has only a few seconds to do its job. The site, direction of travel, viewing distance, headline, and artwork all have to work together.
OSC starts with the audience and the campaign objective, not the first available board. We compare suitable sites, make the media plan understandable, and create or adapt artwork that can be read at speed.
Once approved, we coordinate booking, production, flight dates, and proof that the campaign is live. Where it fits the campaign, we can also structure shared faces for two complementary brands.

Questions
How much does a billboard in Lusaka cost?
The price depends on the site, format, campaign length, availability, production, and installation. Your cost schedule shows the media owner’s published rate for each face, plus OSC’s 10% buying fee. Nothing is charged until availability and the final amount are confirmed.
What is the 10% buying fee?
It is how OSC is paid for planning, booking and managing your outdoor media. It is shown as its own line on your quote, never hidden inside the media rate.
Can we get a better deal?
Often, yes. Longer runs, several faces or flexible dates can open better rates from the media owner. Book a call and we will negotiate on your behalf before you commit.
Can OSC Africa help us choose the location?
Yes. We start with who needs to see the campaign and how they move through the city, then shortlist sites that suit the objective and budget.
Do you design the billboard artwork?
Yes. We can develop the campaign idea or adapt an existing campaign for outdoor viewing.
Can two brands share one billboard?
Where the brands and site allow it, a shared face can split visibility and cost. OSC advises on whether the idea will remain clear and coordinates the execution.
Do you manage production and installation?
Yes. OSC can manage the process from approved artwork through production, installation, and proof of flight.
