What Happens in a Brand Workshop (and Why Owners Leave With a Plan)

Workshops · 3 min read

Most business owners are too busy working in the business to step back and look at it. The brand gets handled in between everything else: a logo here, a post there, a flyer when there is a promotion. Then one day the business has grown, a second location is coming, a bigger client is calling, and the owner realises the brand is still describing where the business used to be.

That moment is what the OSC brand workshop is for.

Who it is for

The workshop is for owners and their teams at a turning point. You are opening a second location or moving premises. You have formalised the hustle and the brand hasn't caught up. Your business has grown, but people still don't get what you do. Or your team tells the story five different ways. If one of those sounds familiar, there is a seat for you.

The four parts of the morning

Where you are. How your brand is seen today, honestly. Not how you hope it is seen.

Where you are going. The business you are actually building, not just the one you are running this month.

The gap. What sits between the two, and what it is costing you every month in lost customers, lower prices or wasted marketing.

Your first moves. Three practical steps you can start on Monday, written down before you leave.

No theory for its own sake

This isn't a lecture about famous global brands. Your business is on the table. You bring your real questions, your real customers and your honest answers, and you work through them with other owners building the same way you are.

What you leave with

A clear picture of your brand today. The gap, named, along with what it costs. Your first three moves, written down. And a room of owners who understand exactly what you are building.

Who teaches it

Every workshop is taught by Omar Stone, OSC's founder, who has spent more than a decade helping brands across Zambia, South Africa and Botswana find their story and tell it clearly.

The practical details

Workshops run every second Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 at Sunshare Tower, Katima Mulilo Road, Lusaka. Seats are K1,500 for one person, or K1,000 each when you bring your team of two or more. There are only 30 seats per room, and payment confirms your seat.

Is it a sales pitch?

No. You leave with real work you can use, whether you ever hire OSC or not. Some owners build it themselves. Others want help closing the gap. Either way, you leave knowing which road you are on.
